Reservations
By making a reservation, you acknowledge full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation, reservation, payment, and cancellation policies of "Kritikakis apartments". The terms and conditions described below apply to all reservations made online, via email, telephone booking, or fax.
All listed prices are in euros, per room and per night, and require a minimum stay of three (3) days. All prices include all legal taxes and VAT. The new "Special Accommodation Tax" (Law 4389/2016, Article 53), effective from January 1, 2018, is not included in the prices.


Deposit and Payment
According to the current regulations ("Regulation of hotelier-customer relations", decision G.G.E.O.T. no. 535813/79) of the Ministry of Tourism and Law 1652/86 (articles 8 and 9), to confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of your stay, with a minimum deposit equal to the cost of one (1) night's stay, must be paid.
The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the legal deposit. The deposit must be made within three (3) working days from the notification of the accommodation's bank account details to the interested customer via an email, which includes the necessary bank account details.
If the deposit is not made within the three (3) working days, the reservation is considered invalid, and the rooms become available for rent. A copy of the deposit receipt must be sent to "Manos Kritikakis apartments" (via email or fax) no later than four (4) days from the reservation request.
Payments can be made in cash, bank transfers, and credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. Upon arrival, guest identification, reservation confirmation, and full payment of any outstanding amounts related to the cost of your stay will be conducted. A receipt will be issued upon full payment of your stay's cost. If you require an invoice, please inform the reception upon arrival.


Change of Stay Duration and Cancellations
According to the current legislation ("Regulation of hotelier-customer relations", decision G.G.E.O.T. no. 535813/79, Law 1652/86), if the guest decides to leave earlier than the agreed period, compensation for early departure is required, equal to 50% of the daily room rate for the number of nights canceled.
Please inform the reservation department in a timely manner, either in writing or by phone, for any changes or cancellations. The "Manos Kritikakis apartments" cancellation policy is as follows:
⦁    For cancellations at least 21 days before arrival, there is no financial charge, and the entire deposit will be refunded.
⦁    For cancellations less than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, the guest is charged 100% of the total stay based on the room type chosen.
⦁    For online reservations, no cancellation fees are charged for cancellations made within 24 hours after the booking.
⦁    For cancellations upon arrival, during the stay, or in the case of no-show, the guest is charged 100% of the stay based on the room type chosen.
⦁    "Manos Kritikakis apartments" reserves the right to charge 100% of the booking in case of no-show.


Check-in and Check-out Information
Guests are requested to present their reservation code or any document confirming their booking, ID or passport, and the card used for the booking or pre-approval upon arrival.

* In case of staying beyond the mentioned check-out time and until 18:00, subject to availability, the guest must pay 50% of the daily stay cost, while for stays beyond 18:00, the entire daily stay cost will be charged according to current legislation.

Customer Address Information
⦁    Guests are not required to provide address details when making a reservation.

Customer Phone Number
⦁    Guests are required to provide a phone number when making a reservation.

Age limit
⦁    No age limit.

Entry/Exit Hours
⦁    No entry/exit hours.

Children and Extra Beds
⦁    There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
⦁    One (1) child under 12 years stays free of charge.
⦁    One (1) older child or adult is charged 50% of the stay per night per person.
* Additional amenities are not automatically calculated in the final amount and must be paid separately during your stay.


Guest Behavior
Guests are requested to respect quiet hours, behave decently, and respect other tenants and the accommodation staff.
The quiet hours during the summer period are:
⦁    15.00 to 17.30 (afternoon) 
⦁    23.00 to 07.00 (night)
All tenants must comply with the accommodation's regulations, and "Manos Kritikakis apartments" reserves the right to refuse access or expel any person whose behavior is deemed offensive, abusive, or reprehensible. In this case, "Kritikakis apartments" is not obliged to pay any compensation.

Visitors/External Guests
Only the registered guests have the right to use the room. If an external visitor wishes to meet a specific guest of "Manos Kritikakis apartments", this meeting should take place in the common areas.

Damages and Breakages
In case of damage within the room or its surrounding area due to intentional or negligent actions, "Manos Kritikakis apartments" reserves the right to charge the registered guest's credit/debit card for the amount of the damage incurred, including any business interruption losses.
If the guest has paid by cash or other means, "Manos Kritikakis apartments" will demand immediate payment of the damage amount incurred by the guest; otherwise, it reserves all its legal rights.

Force Majeure
"Manos Kritikakis apartments" is not liable if it is unable to fulfill its obligations to the guest, wholly or partially, due to force majeure events (e.g., strikes, floods, natural disasters).

Limitation of Liability
Each guest is responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings (valuable items, money, etc.) in a secure place throughout their stay. In case of loss of items not declared upon arrival, the management and staff of "Manos Kritikakis apartments" bear no responsibility.
